Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to ship?
Each custom item is made to order. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, and you'll receive tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders ship free, no minimums, no surprise fees.
Do you accept returns?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If the item you receive has been engraved incorrectly or if has defects, let us know and we will send you a return label to send it back to us. We will either replace it or refund your money. See our return policy for more detailed information.
Products
How should I care for my cutting board?
- Hand wash only — do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
- Dry immediately after use.
- Apply our board oil or wax monthly for best results
What is your cutting board oil and wax made from?
Our oil is a clean, food-safe blend of fractionated coconut oil, kitchen-safe essential oils, and rosemary extract in sunflower oil — no mineral oil, no palm oil, no chemicals.
And the wax?
Our conditioning wax is made from organic coconut oil, pure beeswax, and a touch of organic orange essential oil — safe for wood, safe for food, safe for your home.
Why don’t you use mineral oil?
Mineral oil is a petroleum byproduct. While cheap and common, we prefer safer, all-natural ingredients that nourish your wood without the residue or risk.
Why don’t you use paint or vinyl?
Paint chips. Vinyl peels. Engraving lasts. Every product we offer is made to be heirloom-quality and built to endure.
Orders
How do I submit a handwritten recipe?
After placing your order, simply upload a clear photo or scan of the recipe on the product page. Black ink on white paper works best, but we’ll do our best with whatever you have.
Can you engrave something other than a recipe?
Absolutely — names, dates, short notes, or special requests are welcome. Just include it in the personalization box or email us after checkout.
Do you do custom orders?
As long as it's made from wood and engraved, we can typically make it. Just let us know what you'd like.
